Carolina Conceptions is the only private practice 
infertility clinic throughout the entire Triangle region where every physician is not only board certified in OBGYN but in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility as well. To earn this distinction, Drs. Couchman, Meyer and Park have completed fellowship training at Duke, Yale and Emory respectively and have passed written and oral examinations. We are a member of the Society of Assisted Reproduction (SART) and are CAP certified and FDA certified.
Success Rates
Just as important as the experience of the physicians you choose, IVF success rates measure the outcomes of cycles performed at any given fertility clinic. Carolina Conceptions is currently reporting a pregnancy rate above 50% in every age category per embryo transfer. These rates are updated monthly to give you the most accurate statistics of our program.
Innovation
We pride ourselves on efficient use of your time. With eight ultrasound machines and on-site phlebotomy and hormonal analysis, your morning monitoring visits should be minimal. Dedicated to staying on the leading edge of technology, we utilize state-of-the-art technology in all aspects of our practice. In the IVF lab, we use a tri gas system to incubate embryos as opposed to the standard two gas system used in most IVF labs. We have recently installed a Siemens Compact L arm to be able to provide hysterosalpingograms (HSGs) in office to our patients and patients of our referring physician community.

Our goal at Carolina Conceptions is not only Making Families a Reality, but also to build lasting relationships with our staff. We work as a team – the physicians realize the utmost importance of having a receptive and friendly staff, which includes seasoned laboratory personnel, nurses with experience in infertility, and easy access to a reproductive urologist and infertility counselor. Our skilled team of physicians and staff are accessible and dedicated to giving you the best experience possible.
We look forward to working with you! Even if we don’t “honor” your insurance carrier, we can often demonstrate to you that our care makes fiscal sense. We currently are in network providers for Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), Cigna, Aetna and Medcost, however we are United HealthCare friendly.
