Our location allows easy patient access, especially those from Cary and Raleigh! We are located 2 blocks from Rex Hospital and behind Blue Ridge Pharmacy at the intersection of Lake Boone Trail and Lake Drive in the new Twin Lakes office complex.
From the East:
Take I 40 West to Exit #301 onto I 440 EAST. Take Exit 5 (Lake Boone Trail) and turn right onto Lake Boone Trail. Follow Lake Boone Trail past REX Hospital and across Blue Ridge Road. Take 1st RIGHT onto Lake Drive. We are in the Twin Lake Professional Center (1st LEFT).
From the West:
Take I 40 EAST toward Raleigh. Take Exit 289 (Wade Avenue). Take second exit on Wade Avenue (Blue Ridge Road). Turn LEFT onto Blue Ridge Road and travel 1.5-2 miles to the intersection of Blue Ridge Road and Lake Boone Trail. Turn LEFT onto Lake Boone Trail. Take 1st RIGHT onto Lake Drive. We are in the Twin Lakes Professional Center (1st LEFT).
