Donor Egg Refund Plan

We understand the uncertainty that comes when you decide to use an egg donor.  In order to help alleviate the stress of wondering whether egg donor will help you bring home a baby, we have developed the donor egg refund program.

You are covered for one (1) stimulated egg donor cycle, and up to four (4) subsequent frozen-embryo transfer (FET) cycles resulting from the egg donor stimulation in order to achieve one (1) successful pregnancy which ends with you taking a baby home from the hospital.

Out-of-pocket cost:

• $3,000.00 egg donor deposit – collected prior to selection of egg donor.
• $36,300.00 donor refund program fee.
• If you do not take a baby home from the hospital, $24,000 of the program fee will be refunded.
