We are pleased to announce two discount programs during Infertility Awareness Week, as this coincides with the COVID-19 pandemic. The coronavirus situation is unprecedented and is affecting those with infertility in many ways. For all patients, there is a delay in going through fertility treatment, and many are finding it an even greater financial struggle to afford treatment. We hope that these discount programs will help make treatment possible.
Fertility for the Frontline Discount
We want to announce our Fertility for the Frontline! For our frontline and essential workers of the COVID-19 pandemic, we will discount IVF cycles $750 until the end of 2020. This IVF discount is for hospital and healthcare workers (nurses, doctors, front desk staff, medical assistants, cleaners, food service workers, security guards), supermarket and pharmacy workers, delivery drivers, public transportation workers, airport workers, and postal service workers. Thank you for risking your own health to help support our country during the COVID-19 crisis. We are so thankful for you.
If you feel that you may qualify for this IVF discount and do not see your profession listed, please make an appointment with one of our doctors. We can review your case and let you know if you would qualify. In addition, please direct all questions to our finance team. The discount only applies to IVF and reciprocal IVF cycles. It does not apply to egg donor IVF, FETs, gestational carrier cycles, or embryo donor cycles. Patients who have insurance coverage for IVF treatment are not eligible. The discount cannot be combined with other discounts which we are already offering (teacher, military, service workers, nursing discounts). The discount cannot be applied retroactively to patients who have already completed their IVF cycle.
Due to the stay at home directive for the COVID-19 pandemic, some patients may have apprehension about the overall number of appointments needed for fertility treatment. For example, several months of superovulation/COH with IUI could require as many as 12 appointments. With the average chance of pregnancy being 20% per cycle, the cumulative chance of pregnancy is approximately 50% over 3 cycles. For many patients, INVOCELL is a great alternative to IUI as only 4 or 5 appointments are needed for 1 cycle and pregnancy rates are 65%. For the next 2 months we will be offering a $1000 discount on INVOCELL treatment. Please schedule an appointment with a physician to see if INVOCELL is right for you. INVOCELL is a low-cost, low-tech version of IVF. Please see our video by Dr. Bowling on INVOCELL treatment. Patients who have insurance coverage for IVF treatment are not eligible. The discount cannot be combined with other discounts which we are already offering (teacher, military, service workers, nursing discounts). The discount cannot be applied retroactively to patients who have already completed their INVOCELL cycle.
Carolina Conceptions offers other discount programs throughout the year, along with an IVF refund program for those who qualify.
