Finances are understandably often one of the most stressful topics to patients. How can building a family be affordable, especially if you need to do multiple rounds of more advanced treatments like IVF?
At Carolina Conceptions Fertility, it is our priority to make sure you understand all potential costs involved before treatment begins so there are no financial surprises along the way.

After you and your physician decide what type of treatment to pursue, you will meet with one of our patient financial coordinators. We will outline fertility benefits provided by your insurance as well as all other anticipated expenses such as fertility medications, cycle monitoring, and fees for à la carte services like genetic testing, if needed.
When comparing the cost of treatment cycles at multiple clinics, it is essential to confirm all line items are included. Many clinics will promote a low cost for IVF to get you in the door. These low numbers often do not include necessary fees for cycle medications or monitoring.
Your financial coordinator will advise you on costs throughout your treatment.
Each year, Carolina Conceptions Fertility runs the following patient discount offers:
This offer is valid for registered nurses during April & May of each year for a fresh IVF cycle, and is not available for any other services rendered. The egg retrieval must be completed in April or May. Patient must provide current proof of employment or an active nursing license. Promotion does not apply to physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, LPNs, nursing aides, medical assistants or other nursing personnel.
Discount is up to 15% off our IVF package prices. Discount is in addition to the existing package discount of 25% off. Discount can be used up to two times over the patient’s lifetime.
This offer is valid for K-12 teachers from June to August of each year for a fresh IVF cycle, and is not available for any other services rendered. The egg retrieval must be completed in June & July. Patient must provide current proof of employment or an active teaching license (or proof that partner is an active teacher).
