Joy Fund

IVF Could Be Within Reach

If you are facing financial barriers to fertility treatment, we’re committed to helping you overcome these barriers and build your family. We are proud to partner with The Samantha and Kyle Busch Bundle of Joy Fund. The Bundle of Joy Fund is a non-profit organization that awards monetary grants to in-need couples facing infertility.

The Bundle of Joy Fund assists with the costs associated with in vitro fertilization (IVF) treatment. Couples who receive the grant are awarded up to $20,000 to cover part or all costs. In addition to this generous amount, Carolina Conceptions Fertility offers The Bundle of Joy Fund patients a discount on any outstanding costs associated with IVF.

We encourage couples in need of IVF support to review our requirements and apply for the fund.

Who is Eligible to Apply?

Application requirements include:

  • You must be a legal permanent US resident.
  • You must be 18 years of age or older.
  • You must be an active patient at Carolina Conceptions Fertility.
  • You must have a diagnosis of infertility from a Carolina Conceptions Fertility physician.
  • You must have seen a Carolina Conceptions Fertility physician within the last 6 months.

Application Process

The Bundle of Joy Fund accepts applications leading up to each deadline, and this time frame is called a “cycle”. The deadlines for 2026 are:

·         Cycle I: Monday, March 2, 2026

·         Cycle II: Monday, June 29, 2026

·         Cycle III: Monday, November 2, 2026

Applications turned in after the grant application deadline will not be considered. There is a $35 application fee that must be paid at the time of submission to qualify.

After reviewing the requirements above, Carolina Conceptions Fertility patients may apply for The Bundle of Joy Fund. Please download and read the application thoroughly. Submit your completed application to BOJ@carolinaconceptions.com. You are responsible for completing the application in full, as we cannot accept it otherwise. Grant application

Selection Process

Once we receive your application, Carolina Conceptions Fertility will review it for accuracy. We will then send your application to The Bundle of Joy Fund review committee for selection. The awards are given solely by The Bundle of Joy Fund committee. Grant winners are typically revealed within 60 days of the application deadline.

If you do not receive the grant, you may apply again before the next deadline for reconsideration.
