Once you have completed the fertility evaluations ordered by your physician, we will counsel you regarding the advantages and disadvantages of treatment options available, and will help you decide which approach is right for you.
The majority of our patients succeed with minimal intervention or advice. These include general recommendations concerning:
- Lifestyle and conception advice
- Correction hormonal dysfunction with low-dose fertility medications
- Artificial insemination (placing washed sperm into the uterus)
- Outpatient surgical procedures to correct anatomical problems such as pelvic adhesions, tubal blockages, endometriosis, fibroids, or polyps
