Central office: what to expect 

Thank you for your interest in Carolina Conceptions! Our Central location and IVF lab provides comprehensive fertility treatments and services in Raleigh, NC. Our convenient fertility clinic location serves Wake County and surrounding areas including Holly Springs, Apex, Cary, Chapel Hill, Durham, Garner, Morrisville, Knightdale, Fuquay-Varina, Clayton, Mebane and Greensboro. 

Our Central office is staffed by a robust team of providers, embryologists, andrologists, nurses, medical assistants, patient access coordinators and financial coordinators. 

Patients must first become established by:

  1. Completing their patient portal registration and health history online paperwork (for the primary patient and partner if applicable).
  2. Scheduling a new patient consultation with one of our fertility doctors via a telehealth appointment.
  3. Completing any testing discussed during the initial consultation.

  • Dr. Bill Meyer
    Bill Meyer, MD

    Dr. Meyer was raised in Roanoke, Virginia; he swam and played water polo at Washington and Lee University. He attended the University of Virginia for medical school. After attending a four-year residency program at Emory-Grady, he completed an Infertility Fellowship at Yale, followed by three years in D.C. as an attending physician at NIH, the Washington Hospital Center, and private practice. Dr. Meyer co-founded Carolina Conceptions in 2006. Dr. Meyer has three sons with Maria, his wife of 38 years.

  • Dr. John Park
    John Park, MD

    Dr. Park earned his undergraduate degree in Biology and Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis. He received his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia and later moved to Atlanta, where he completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Emory University. Dr. Park remained at Emory University to complete a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.

  • Dr. Meaghan Bowling
    Meaghan Bowling, MD

    A native of Jacksonville, Florida, Dr. Bowling pursued undergraduate study at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she graduated with highest distinction with a Bachelor of Science in biology. She attended medical school at the University of Florida College of Medicine in Gainesville, Florida, and completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology as well as her fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

  • Dr. Lauren Johnson
    Lauren Johnson, MD

    Dr. Johnson completed her undergraduate training at North Carolina State University, where she was a Park Scholar and graduated summa cum laude with degrees in Chemistry and Biochemistry. She earned her medical degree from the University of North Carolina, where she was inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha and graduated with honors. After residency, Dr. Johnson completed a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of Pennsylvania. In her spare time, Dr. Johnson enjoys reading, running and spending time with her family.

  • Karen Onori, FNP-BC - nurse practitioner | Carolina Conceptions, Raleigh, NC
    Karen Onori, FNP-BC 

    United States Navy veteran Karen earned her first Bachelor of Science in public health sciences from East Carolina University. Her externship with the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services fueled her passion for women’s health. Karen later earned a second B.S. degree in nursing from Barton College. She received her Master of Science in nursing from Walsh University during the early part of the COVID-19 pandemic. Karen enjoys cooking, baking, home improvements, gardening and traveling.

  • Reshawn Jones nurse practitioner | Carolina Conceptions | Raleigh, NC
    Reshawn Jones, FNP-C

    Reshawn earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing from East Carolina University in 2013. She went on to practice as a Registered Nurse for 10 years. Reshawn received a master’s degree in family nurse practitioner studies at Spring Arbor University in 2023. Since earning her M.S.N., she now practices as a certified family nurse practitioner. When Reshawn is not working, she is spending time with her husband, two children, and two dogs.

 

 

      • Kayla Fleming, FNP-C | Carolina Conceptions | Raleigh, NC

        Kayla Fleming, MSN, FNP-C

        Kayla received her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Chamberlain University in 2022. She earned her Master of Science in nursing in 2023. Kayla practiced as a Registered Nurse at Inova and WakeMed, accumulating four years of nursing experience. Kayla became interested in the field of reproductive healthcare because of her roles in Labor and Delivery. Kayla has a fiancé and two dogs. In her free time, she enjoys spending being outdoors in the warm weather.
