Going to a new place is always difficult and the weight you took off my shoulders was immense. Thanks again. My husband and our growing family will always remember the part you played.

We had a great experience! From the front desk staff (especially Jamie), to labs, embryo team with phone /email updates, nursing/triage team, and of course the providers. I admired Dr. Johnson’s honesty/upfront about our possibilities and timeframe.

I have diminished ovarian reserve and tried 3 IUI’s before turning to IVF. I am a single mom by choice and with the help of Dr Johnson, I was able to conceive my beautiful twins who complete our little family! I work in an OBGYN office and knew Carolina Conceptions had great outcomes. I am so thankful for Dr Johnson and her team!!

We got referred to Carolina Conceptions and I met with Dr. Bowling. I’ve been working with her for seven years now. She’s always been very supportive and positive on our journey, she reassured us that we’d get a baby one day.

We are the McCaskill family! Our journey was a tough road for my wife, Barbara and I. We tried to avoid medical intervention but after six long years, we knew we needed help. We contacted Carolina Conceptions. At the time the only office that was open was the Raleigh office. Being from Pender County we had to shuffle between virtual and in person appointments. It was discovered that Barbara suffers from PCOS. However, the team at Carolina Conceptions kept us hopeful.

They worked through several methods to help us get pregnant. Finally, after almost a year of working with Carolina Conceptions we found out that the IUI procedure was successful, Barbara was pregnant. My wife and I were beyond happy, we knew that our long-fought journey was paying off. However, our joy was short lived because Barbara had a miscarriage.

This devastated us but we decided to press on after the miscarriage. It was advised that there was a higher percentage chance the second IUI would be successful, which made us a little more hopeful. The Wilmington office reopened so we were able to get the second procedure done locally. Yet again after another IUI procedure, my wife was pregnant again. We weren’t as excited as last time because we did not want to get our hopes up. Days went by which turned to weeks, weeks turned into months, the procedure was a success!

On October 27th, 2023, at 6:02 am our baby girl Kristina was born weighing in at 4lbs 2oz. Kristina was born at exactly 33 weeks. We knew ahead of time due to her being early she would be in the NICU. The NICU team has been doing an amazing job and Kristina is achieving more each day. Kristina is due to be home any day now. Our message to those who are struggling to get pregnant, is to explore every medical option, and to trust the process. We are beyond grateful to Carolina Conceptions for making this possible.

Carolina Conceptions is awesome. You’ve got everything on your website; I can do the calendar, I can send a message. Everybody there was super nice. I recommended it to other people, anybody struggling like go there, Dr. Park is awesome. It was a good experience, and the location worked really well for us. The appointments weren’t super long and people seemed to know what they were doing.

One of the things that we really, really liked about Dr. Meyer was that he was really quite frank and honest about the possibilities. He didn’t sugarcoat things, and that was important to us because we didn’t want any false hope. We wanted a realistic picture of the possibilities, and he really provided that for us.

The experience with Carolina Conceptions was just phenomenal overall. We have everything to thank for where we’re at now. I mean you guys helped make our family.

We’re really thankful that we’re here today with both of our healthy babies and that our prayers were definitely answered for both of them. And for having Dr. Lauren in our lives! I remember the last day, because I knew this would be our last time seeing her in this type of setting. It was very bittersweet because I would trust her with anything. I wish she could have followed me my whole pregnancy both times, because she is an amazing physician and person. So we are really thankful for her.

We had a good experience with all of the doctors that we saw there. We really enjoyed it and honestly, that’s why we would come back. The nurses and all the staff ladies were super nice. Actually, when I came in for my egg retrieval, I brought everybody my homemade chocolate chip cookies as a thank you for everything they’ve done for us.
