It’s almost been 2 years since we worked with Carolina Conceptions to have our twin baby girls ! From the front desk to the Doctors was the best experience we had ever received . Dr. Meyer was our main Doctor by also worked with the others too . If it wasn’t for Carolina Conceptions we would have our sweet baby girls . We couldn’t thank you enough.

The staff at Carolina Conceptions has been so supportive over the many years I have been a patient. Dr. Park, especially, has gone above and beyond. He is extremely patient with me and answers all of my MANY questions, whether in person or over email. He is always completely honest with me and is willing to think outside the box. I can’t thank Carolina Conceptions enough for everything they’ve done for me and highly recommend this practice!

The doctors, nurses, and office staff are helpful, kind and go out of their way to make the patient experience a good one. It is rare to find this type of care in the medical world these days.

I have had a very positive experience with Carolina Conceptions. I went in on a Friday afternoon – the very last patient of the week. Although all of the staff were eager to go home for the weekend, they were all exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and Dr. Bowling was exceptional in that she helped me get three tests done all on the same day. That was awesome because I live over an hour away and have to miss a half day of work to come in. This was my first visit ever for fertility, an emotional experience for me, and I’m grateful that they were so sensitive and helpful. The way they treated me here is how I wish all doctors offices behaved towards their patients. Thank you very much!

Last April my husband and I decided to schedule an IVF consult ‘to see about our options’. He was to deploy a short few weeks after our apt, to Iraq. It was a journey, to say the least! The staff at Carolina Conceptions was absolutely amazing and accommodating to our situation with his absence. Dr. Meyer was fantastic!!! They went out of their way for us- we are forever grateful! He made it home safe and just in time to see our IVF journey morph into the journey of twins ‘happy’ is such an understatement! Our daughters were born April 3rd with all fingers and toes! Thank you so much for completing our family- there are no words!!!

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at Carolina Conceptions and would recommend them to everyone that needs a little help with pregnancy. Dr. Couchman is an awesome doctor that was a positive force throughout our time with Carolina Conceptions. She is knowledgeable, kind, patient, and honest. My husband and I never felt rushed to make a decision or as though we were misinformed. The front desk staff is wonderful, they treat you as though you are part of the family. Towards the end, I felt like everyone was taking this journey with us. The nurses are all kind and compassionate as well. I started with Carolina Conceptions about 4 years ago and did a series of treatments while I was there. My husband and I finally decided to take Dr. Couchman’s advice and try IVF. I am 14 weeks pregnant with a healthy and active baby boy. The team offers educational sessions on the science of IVF and are willing to discuss any and all questions you may have. They truly care about you as a patient and care about how emotionally, financially, and physically draining it can all be. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to take me through this amazing experience!

After experiencing poor customer service at another local fertility clinic, I decided to try Carolina Conceptions even though the location was less convenient for me. Each and every one of their staff has been amazing (from front desk, to billing, to andrology, nurses/techs, physicians, etc.) making for a positive and seamless experience. If you call with questions it’s either answered immediately or your call is returned within 24 hours. Everyone is kind, supportive and positive. This is the complete opposite experience I had at another local fertility clinic. I’d recommend them to family/friends in a heartbeat!

Incredibly friendly team. As a young breast cancer survivor with a genetic mutation, they were helpful in talking us through the ways in which we might prevent passing the gene to our next generation. We left armed with information and options and look forward to working with them down the road.

First off, we want to let you all know at Carolina Conceptions how excited we are to be welcoming a baby boy in May 2019 and it’s all thanks to the Lord and you guys! We cannot thank you all enough for our amazing experience since day one and for what you were able to do for us to make our dream of becoming parents, a reality. We married young and knew that starting a family would be a long journey ahead so we started early after confirming this theory. We were given the blanket statements of “Oh, you’re both so young, it’ll happen one day” to “Stop trying and it will work out.” Anyone who has gone through the struggle to conceive can vouch that these statements of encouragement, are not things you want to hear when you don’t know if it will ever work. This journey included tears, excitement, finger crossing, pain, discomfort, but overall, hope for the future. Carolina Conceptions gave us the best possible chance to conceive through clear communication, guidance on best practice tailored to us, and encouragement along the way from receptionists, lab personnel, nurses, and the all of the various doctors we worked with. As we finally chose to go through with IVF after trying various treatments without success, we are very happy to announce that we were successful with IVF treatment.
Advice and encouraging words that I can give anyone going through infertility would be this and this alone, learn patience and never lose faith in yourself or your spouse. Through 6 years of trying, we learned that no matter what outcome we had, we were going to be parents whether that was going to be to our own or to another child who we adopted. Through this patience and hope for the future, we refused to allow the struggle to wedge us apart as a couple and in fact, we grew closer. Never lose sight of the end goal, it just may not look like what you had in mind.
Being due in May, we ask for continued thoughts and prayers as our weeks with pregnancy continue and that we are able to bring a happy, healthy baby boy into the world. We will definitely will be visiting once he is here to meet you all! Again, we cannot thank you enough from the bottom of our hearts.
