I moved from Boston to Charlotte, NC. in 2015 and the fertility center in Boston recommended Carolina Conceptions. Although I was living in Charlotte, I made the drive to Raleigh (3 hours away) and I am so glad I did! I made an appointment with Dr. Meyer and I am happy to report, in June 2016, after one round of IVF, I gave birth to my son. I could not be more grateful to the Doctors, and entire staff at Carolina Conceptions. The administrative staff was friendly and easy to speak with (I remember Steven very much and how great he was!). The Doctors, nurses, embryologists are incredibly professional and I felt very comfortable with all of them (although my doctor was Dr. Meyer, I also saw Dr. Couchman and Dr. Park). Trying to have a child is a very personal and INTENSE journey! I had a wonderful experience and absolutely recommend Carolina Conceptions!

My husband and I can’t thank Carolina Conceptions enough. We struggled with fertility issues for 10 years before consulting with Dr. Meyer. Amazingly, after 1 month of treatment, we conceived. We are getting ready to celebrate the first birthday of our baby girl. We are so thankful for the support and kindness we received from the Carolina Conceptions staff. My first baby was born in June of 2000 and my last was born March of 2016 needless to say, we had major issues….so we thought. After MANY years and Many doctor’s trying to help us, we were referred here. Less than 6mos and that includes everything from initial contact, testing, coming up with a game plan and 2 IUIs, we became pregnant!!! I always thought I would just have my one child and now I have two. I don’t think words can justify my feelings for CC….we NEVER thought this would work after crickets for 16 years. The ENTIRE staff was completely a pleasure to work with and I recommend CC to anyone having infertility issues. Our little miracle (40wks and 1 day) was born 3/3/16 @ 8:47pm weighing 8.8lbs and 22.5inches, we are so in love.

My husband and I started trying for a baby in September of 2013. We found out in May that we were finally pregnant. We we’re devastated at 9 weeks when we were told there was no heart beat. We lost our baby. In April of 2015 we we’re pregnant again. 6 weeks later I had another miscarriage. After another year of trying we decided to contact Carolina Conceptions. We met with Dr. Park. He was amazing! After some routine tests and lots of discussion he determined that I most likely have PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome). Unfortunately, there is not a difinitive diagnosis for it. After running some tests and a few procedures they found that I also had low progesterone as well of significant scar tissue in my uterus. They performed a follow up surgery to remove the scar tissue and we did a few months of drug therapy to help my body ovulate. We we’re finally pregnant again! They were there through it all. The entire staff was like family. They genuinely cared that our family was getting our rainbow baby. In June of 2016 our son was born healthy and amazing. Thank you for everything!

Our experience at Carolina Conceptions was amazing! From the front desk staff, billing, clinical staff, lab staff and physicians, all were professional and caring at every interaction. We couldn’t be happier!

My husband and I spent five years unsuccessfully pursuing treatment and saw three different reproductive endocrinologists before we arrived at Carolina Conceptions, hoping that embryo recipiency would finally give us the family we wanted. Dr. Bill Meyer was so positive during our initial consult. For the first time, I felt like an ideal candidate for treatment, rather than a series of insurmountable problems. We immediately went on the recipiency waitlist and were matched in 2017. Although that transfer did not work, our second transfer resulted in our beautiful twin daughters. We are so grateful to Dr. Meyer, Terry Hunter, and all of the other wonderful staff at Carolina Conceptions for helping make our family a reality.

Before I had chemo I worked with all the doctors in the office and was able to successfully harvest 16 mature eggs and 1 immature eggs. And they were able to freeze them for a couple of years and this year I had an embryo implanted with the guidance of the doctors and helpful staff. They were encouraging throughout and happy to assist me get through the process through all my ups and downs.

The staff at CC is incredible and truly caring, especially Dr. Park and Ellie, who took wonderful care of me (and my hubby). Our dreams are coming true because of them. Can’t wait to meet our baby boy and return to CC for our future children as well.
